Another Monday, another man crush. Devin Dawson’s fanbase has grown to an incredible size since he released his first single ‘All On Me’ to country radio and there’s no slowing him down.

After hearing the title track of his debut album, Dark Horse, it’s no surprise that one of his influences is the Man In Black, Johnny Cash. He actually grew up just outside of Folsom Prison in California, singing along to everyone from Cash to Creedence Clearwater Revival and Alan Jackson to Marvin Gaye.

“It just kind of came out. It’s one of those songs: It had the melody I wanted to sing, had the words I wanted to sing, had the groove I wanted to move to. It just felt good … It’s been a good time to see it have a life of its own,” Dawson told The Boot about All On Me’.

Dawson is touring with Brett Eldredge through April and will join Tim McGraw and Faith Hill’s Soul2Soul Tour in June. Stay tuned to Thunder106 for the hottest Cutting Edge Country from Devin Dawson and more!
