Relive it Here: Old Dominion at The Stone Pony

Old Dominion is no stranger to Jersey Country! They’ve recently played Starland Ballroom and have come to The Stone Pony in Asbury Park multiple times. Thundernation, we saw you there and we have good news for you! You can now relive just a moment of Old Dominion’s performance at Asbury’s legendary venue.

In the music video for ‘Not Everything’s About You’, you can see the band walking down the boardwalk in front of Convention Hall then to The Stone Pony and a moment of their performance. You can even catch Kyle Brendle, House Promoter for The Stone Pony, sporting a Asbury Jukes jacket in the video.

“The NJ Country fans are so passionate… I definitely notice a stronger bond with country artists and the fans then other genre’s of music,” said Brendle. The Stone Pony has a full summer schedule featuring artists from every genre, although they are actively working on bringing in more country bands, like Kiefer Sutherland and Billy Currington.  “The Pony continues to go country!”

Even at it’s worst, Asbury Park was known as a music town thanks to artists like Bruce Springsteen and even Johnny Cash, who lived in the Berkeley Hotel for a short while.

Thunder106 presents Billy Currington with LoCash on The Stone Pony Summer Stage on August 16th. Get your tickets before it’s too late, Thundernation!
