Team Miley went country for last night’s episode of The Voice. Coach Miley Cyrus joined her team to cover Shania Twain’s ‘Man, I Feel Like A Woman’. Not only did they do the song justice, but they were clearly having a blast while performing. Ashland Craft, Brooke Simpson and Janice Freeman are the remaining members of Team Miley as they approach the end of the season.
Cyrus has her hands full with this team. She has three powerhouses that all have potential to win the competition. While winning isn’t everything, it’s no secret that Cyrus would really like to rub the win in the other coach’s faces. When it comes down to it, Cyrus isn’t there to win; she’s there to teach upcoming musicians what she’s learned from her years in the music business.
If these women can learn anything from Cyrus, it’s her stage presence. She sounds great and it’s clear she’s enjoying the performance herself. With that much girl power and cheetah print, it’s safe to say that Shania would be proud!
Country music is one of the more popular genres on the show, thanks to Blake Shelton. He and fellow coach Jennifer Hudson came together on last night’s episode to perform Shelton’s newest single, ‘I’ll Name The Dogs’. The Voice airs on NBC on Monday and Tuesdays at 8pm.
