Access Digital Tickets
Some prizes—especially concert or event tickets—are fulfilled electronically through third-party platforms such as Ticketmaster, Live Nation, or AXS. In these cases, Press Communications, LLC does not control the ticketing process and cannot assist with account issues, app access, or technical problems related to those platforms.
To receive and use your digital tickets, please review the following:
-
You must provide Press Communications with a valid email address to receive your tickets.
-
You will be told which provider or app (Ticketmaster, Live Nation, AXS, etc.) your tickets will be sent through.
-
You will likely be required to create or log into an account with the ticket provider (e.g. Ticketmaster, Live Nation, AXS, etc.).
-
A smartphone and app download may be required to access and display your ticket for venue entry.
-
If you’re unable to access your tickets due to issues with a third-party app or account, your tickets may be forfeited. Press Communications, LLC and the ticket provider are not responsible for technical difficulties or user errors.
Depending on availability, tickets may be delivered up to the day of the event.
Ticket Transfer & Acceptance:
-
Tickets are transferred to you via email, usually 1–2 days before the show.
-
Check your inbox and spam folder for an email from Ticketmaster, Live Nation, AXS, or the venue name (e.g., “Madison Square Garden sent you tickets” or “Wells Fargo Center sent you tickets”).
-
The email will contain simple instructions to accept the tickets into your account.
-
Once the tickets are accepted, they are your responsibility. Press Communications cannot retrieve or resend them.
